Refund policy
At RAWVEDA, we prioritize the quality and safety of our Ayurvedic supplements. For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have been shipped.
Refunds
We only offer refunds in the following cases:

Damaged or defective products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Wrong item received: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Buyer Pays for return shipping
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
